Depending on your expertise, you may be creating new ventures, determining promising startups to invest in, hosting events and venture competitions, or building and managing the engine that will drive our client’s vision.

Who We Need

We are recruiting a Growth Hacker to help build early prototype software and focus on customer acquisition and retention. The ideal candidate is creative, resourceful, and have a strong understanding of marketing and growth hacking principles. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team to develop and execute growth strategies. They will also have the technical skills to work on rapid development and understand and use the latest AI tools.

What You’ll Deliver

• Campaign creation and management end to end
• Use creative, low-cost strategies to grow our user base
• Develop and execute growth hacking campaigns
• Work with the product team to build features that drive growth
• Analyze data to identify and track growth opportunities
• Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing, growth hacking trends, and AI trends and be able to incorporate them into the workflow
• Build iterative processes and help drive and define key metrics for the venture
• Interface with both the product team and the engineering team

What You Bring

• Experience in Growth Hacking
• Strong understanding of marketing principles
• Experience with A/B testing and data analysisPassion for growth and innovation
• Technical skills: Strong understanding of front-end development tools. Comfortable working with APIs and other programming languages.
• AI skills: Experience with AI tools and techniques. Understand how to use AI to improve our products and marketing campaigns.
