Day Shift -Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday 8AM-5PM Part time-20 hours/weekly Message "PPG" to 412-968-8670 TO APPLY As the Administrative Assistant, you will provide clerical and administrative support to Business Solutions Managers. Answer phones, schedule meetings and classes, and provide customer service support to PPG Knowledge College online training classes, PPG distributors and customers. You will coordinate multiple projects and tasks for the Automotive Refinish Training Department. You will report to a Business Solutions Manager. Key Responsibilities • Manage incoming calls. • Direct calls and/or emails. • Manage incoming calls for training course requirements. • Manage monthly reports to managers and sales personnel. • Operate office equipment: printers, scanners, and fax machines. • Reserve conference rooms and training facilities for meetings and training classes. • Organize and schedule training activities, including meetings, and conferences, and online training courses. • Maintain office supplies for training facilities. • Support time and attendance tracking. • Create purchase requisitions for office materials and equipment. Qualifications • Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent 2-year. • Minimum of 2 years related clerical/receptionist/customer service experience is required. • Personal characteristics to include, professionalism, honesty, integrity, responsibility, and dependability. • Intermediate skills of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint, required. • Willing to work in a team environment and contribute to group goals.
