Intro and job overview:

Precisely’s Summer Internship Program is a paid, part-time opportunity for undergraduate students actively enrolled in university. This is an 10-week program that begins June 9th and concludes August 15th. This opportunity is 100% remote and you must be located in the United States during the summer internship. The Corporate Communications Intern will work closely with the Marketing team.

The Corporate Communications Intern will be responsible for providing a gap analysis of our digital media landscape and customer advocacy programs. This project aims to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for enhancing our digital presence and customer engagement strategies.

Responsibilities and duties: 

  • Conduct a comprehensive gap analysis of the current digital media landscape, including social media and other online channels. 
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of existing customer advocacy programs and identify areas for improvement. 
  • Develop recommendations for enhancing digital media strategies and customer advocacy initiatives. 
  • Compile findings into structured presentations and reports and communicate insights to stakeholders. 
  • Collaborate with the Corporate Communications team to implement proposed changes and track progress. 
  • Provide weekly progress updates to the manager to ensure alignment and track project milestones. 

Requirements and qualifications: 

  • Motivated, highly organized, and strong attention to detail 
  • Highly engaged listening skills with ability to understand and communicate complex topics 
  • Strong writing and editing skills 
  • Comfortable with digital media and experienced in communications/media relations is a plus 
  • Precisely's intern program is designed for rising juniors and senior undergraduates who are set to graduate after August 2025.
