We work together, so we win together.Job DescriptionYou will be responsible for the Market Navigator product, providing market vision and solution requirements, and setting the direction of the product offerings. To do this, you work directly at the executive level with the business leader, customers and non-customers, our market research partner, field organization, product analysts, and engineering. You ensure we pursue the right problems and identify the best solutions for the company, looking holistically at the products and the business. You ensure the products deliver value to our markets.Key Responsibilities:• Gain a deep understanding of the market, competitive landscape, and client experiences. Represent the company by meeting with clients to solicit feedback on products and services. • Develop product strategy and roadmap by analyzing product performance, identifying and filling product gaps and generating new ideas that grow market share, improve client experience and drive growth. Generate product buy-in with key stakeholders. Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding.• Translate product strategy into product requirements and prototypes. Design, scope and prioritize requirements based on business and client impact. Work closely with Professional Services, Market Research Consultant, Business Unit Leaders and Delivery teams to ensure product is brought to market according to business requirements and client expectations. • Collaborate with marketing and sales to develop product pricing, positioning, and promotional plans that are aligned with product strategy.• Drive product launches by working closely with marketing, Professional Services, Market Research Consultant, Business Unit Leaders and Delivery teams, and other key stakeholders. Provide cross-functional project management oversight for product development initiatives, including pilot projects, product enhancements, and new product development. Manage the day-to-day activities around launching a new market or client; ensuring the markets have a regular cadence for each wave. • Assist client facing associates with requests questions, requests and presentations.Qualifications• 1-2 years of Product Management experience, ideally focused on the market research or insights industry• 4-6 years Market Research experience: understanding MR concepts, sample design, tracker maintenance• Understanding of brand tracking metrics, including brand awareness, perception, consideration, and other brand health KPIs, and how they impact market positioning and growth strategies• Experience in client facing role, able to work with clients to understand their needs and being able to position the product as a solution to address their needs• Able to work with the business leaders, Professional Services team and MR consultants to ensure validity of the Market Navigator product• Understanding of web technologies, including server and client-side tech with knowledge of html, CSS, and JavaScript.• Working knowledge of product development tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence), data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) and strong skills with Microsoft Excel.• 4 years to 6 yearsAdditional InformationPress Ganey Associates LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer and well committed to a diverse workforce. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus or commission tied to achieved results.
