Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dedicated and accomplished Revenue Director to join our team as a specialist in our revolutionary SaaS revenue management product, Rev-AI. As the Director of Revenue Management for Americas, your primary responsibility will be to foster and nurture strong relationships with our clients. You will play a pivotal role in maximizing their utilization of our cutting-edge product and driving revenue growth through your exceptional revenue management skills and experience.
Responsibilities:
Revenue Management Expertise:
In this position, you will function as a valuable addition to the client's revenue management team, providing essential support in revenue management strategy. The cutting-edge capabilities of Rev-AI will address 80% of the challenges faced in revenue management, while the remaining 20% will be dedicated to strategic initiatives, where this role will contribute significant value.
Develop a deep understanding of revenue management processes in our customer’s eco system and introduce industry best practices.
Demonstrate expertise in utilizing our Rev-AI revenue management product to optimize pricing, forecasting, and revenue generation for customers.
Provide guidance and strategic advice to customers on revenue management strategies and tactics, leveraging our product's capabilities.
Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to educate customers on revenue management techniques and the effective use of our software.
Account Growth and Retention:

Identify upselling and expansion opportunities within existing accounts, collaborating closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth.

Conduct regular business reviews with customers to assess satisfaction levels, identify areas for improvement, and gather feedback.

Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and promptly resolve any technical or operational issues.

Provide insights and recommendations based on customer feedback to enhance product features and functionality. Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at customer organizations.

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing ongoing supports
Stakeholder Reporting:

Provide stakeholders with reports on revenue growth, factors impacting revenue management, and the success of Rev-AI, demonstrating strong return on investment (ROI).

Ensure comprehensive reporting at all levels to drive adoption of Rev-AI within the organization.

Identify and include relevant metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) that track the progress of Rev-AI’s performance and revenue objectives.

Discuss upcoming milestones, activities, and anticipated challenges to provide stakeholders with a forward-looking perspective, align strategy, and support decision-making.

Customize reports for different stakeholder groups, focusing on the information most relevant to their interests and responsibilities.

Continuously review and improve the report structure, content, and format based on stakeholder feedback and evolving project needs.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field. Relevant work experience will also be considered.

Proven experience as a Revenue Manager in any industry – Car Rental, Airline, Hotels etc.

Strong understanding of revenue management principles, techniques, and industry trends.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

Proven track record of managing customer relationships and achieving revenue targets.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Familiarity with CRM systems and revenue management software is a plus.
