The Role
This Private Market Sales Support Analyst role is part of the Stock Plan Services Sales organization. This role will help serve prospective clients in the private market. Our team is designed to work collaboratively with the Sales Account Executives, Solution Architects, Sales Management, and other Stock Plan Business Partners to provide information in an effort to win new business.
This role is crafted for someone who enjoys being involved in the pursuit of new client business for Stock Plan Services in a fast-paced environment. The Private Market Sales Support Analyst will evaluate prospect data, develop, and produce collateral for internal and external meetings. Additionally, this position will work with management to analyze prospect data to assist in defining an effective go-to-market strategy. Lead preparation and collateral process for new Private business opportunities, as well as supporting current client re-bids, this includes drafting and solicitation of custom responses client references, pricing, and oversight of overall end-to-end response
Coordinate all activities for private market prospect/client sales calls and finalist's presentations including agenda development, speaker preparation, and presentation materials development
Coordinate appropriate appendix and enclosure materials and ensure their overall quality meets Fidelity’s standards; build new materials to be incorporated with existing materials
Provide input on new products and services based on changing consultant and new business requirements
Help to grow the Stock Plan Services business as we expand our capabilities and market reach
Assure compliance with company and department policies by using eReview
Work with Stock Plan business partners on an ongoing basis to review sales collateral
Partner with Subject Matter Experts across the organization to solicit feedback and update database of commonly used responses
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
Bachelor’s Degree
Equity compensation knowledge including service model, process, and platform knowledge is preferred
Ownership - takes initiative in delivery of client results
Extraordinarily strong business partner with ability to collaborate and establish relationships
Strong project management, analysis, and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a very fast-paced, demanding environment
Good business judgment – focus efforts on key priorities, leverage business partners and manage competing priorities
Solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications and working knowledge of Adobe applications
Create innovated and interactive PowerPoint and Cava presentations
History of concurrently managing multiple projects to meet deadlines while achieving desired output
