Reporting to the AVP, Enterprise Applications & Projects, the Cred & Enrollment Systems Director, will be responsible for the upkeep and utilization of the credentialing and enrollment software, CredentialStream. The role includes ownership of the CredentialStream vendor partnership and relationship, credentialing and enrollment workflow development and maintenance, system optimization and enhancements, working collaboratively with credentialing and enrollment leaders, implementation, operations, and Privia IT/software development teams to maximize the value of the platform.
Job Duties:
Serve as the CredentialStream Subject Matter Expert and Senior Administrator
Relationship owner for credentialing and enrollment systems
Responsible for building out workflows, rosters, and creating efficiency in the systems to ensure productivity
Responsible for creating metrics-related reports and dashboards
Handle mass data extracts, data cleansing, and importing for mass updates in the credentialing system
Oversight of the development of the training program for enrollment and credentialing associates
Supervises the implementation of integration with both internal and external software to CredentialStream
Identifies gaps in existing processes and works with leaders to ensure existing issues are addressed in a timely manner
Elicit business requirements and develop metrics to determine product success
Deliver on the product roadmap, balancing long-term vision with marketable releases
Create wireframes and workflow diagrams to illustrate requirements
Communicate product needs effectively to the development and QA teams
Manage governance meetings within the organization and ensure change management procedures are adhered to
Manage user group sessions to ensure all training materials and opportunities are delivered to the organization

High School Graduate
Experience working in CredentialStream required
Knowledge and understanding of Credentialing, Enrollment, and Onboarding processes and systems
Vendor relationship management experience
3+ years experience in change / project management
Excel functions or equivalent Google sheets (minimum: VLOOKUP, pivot tables, sort/filtering and formulas)
Experience working with athenahealth’s suite of tools is preferred
Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations
Excellent written and verbal communicatiom
Willingness to train and mentor other team members
Great time management skills (organized and the ability to manage multiple projects while producing exceptional work. Appropriate approach for duties recognizing priorities, reporting and escalating issues and ideas through the appropriate chain of command)
Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast paced environment
The salary range for this role is $115,000.00-$125,000.00 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, and pet insurance, 401K, paid time off, and other wellness programs). This role is also eligible for an annual bonus targeted at 15% based on the performance for the role and resricted stock units. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.
