Role Description:

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in our Software Sales team, you will play a vital role in fueling our growth by generating and qualifying leads that expand our market reach. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building and managing a strong pipeline of leads to support Account Executives and meet team sales goals.

  • Researching and identifying government contractors' pain points and connecting them with PSci.AI's solutions.

  • Utilizing sales tools to find, prospect, and qualify new leads effectively.

  • Conducting outreach via cold calls, emails, and social media to engage potential clients.

  • Scheduling software demonstrations and meetings between qualified leads and Account Executives.

  • Collaborating with the sales and product teams to relay market insights and improve the lead-generation process.

  • Building rapport and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders in the government contracting space.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in sales development, business development, or lead generation, preferably in software/SaaS.
