Pattern recently acquired Current Tech, a micro-influencer tech company under which this role will report. Current Tech’s technology gives brands the ability to quickly scale up, manage, and optimize their influencer campaigns to keep pace with a rapidly evolving digital and cultural landscape. Global brands—including Spotify, Oura Ring, and Olive and June—already leverage Current Tech to drive accelerated traffic and conversion for their products online. Current Tech was recently acquired by Pattern and went from being a start up of 15 employees to being backed by $2 Billion! This is an opportunity to be part of a small, scrappy, autonomous team where you can build and own processes that will impact millions of dollars in revenue. We need a Product Designer to help elevate the graphic and artistic design of our software product. This is a full-time role and will work a hybrid schedule based in Lehi, UT.

What will I need to thrive in this role?
  • Bachelor's degree in HCI, Visual Design, Industrial Design, Psychology, or other related degree
  • At least 2 years of Product/UX/UI Design experience
  • Proficiency using Figma
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience with data visualization and data visualization design
What does high performance look like?
  • You follow through with all assignments in a timely manner

What is my potential for career growth?
This role will be the only Product Designer on a small, dynamic team. You will get immediate experience with not only helping design and improve the product from day one, but also exposure to the C-suite of Current Tech who will help mentor and guide you. As you grow in this role you could have potential to not only work on the product for Current Tech, but also work with deeper tech stacks associated with the larger Pattern product portfolio as well.
What is the team like?
You will work with the other team members on Current Tech, including Customer Success Managers, Campaign Managers, and Software Engineers, and be supervised by the Technical Project Manager. You will also be mentored by the Head of Creator Monetization and the CEO of Current Tech and meet with them on a regular basis to discuss your performance. This team is data driven and results oriented. You will collaborate regularly with members of your team to implement actionable solutions. Ideas and input are encouraged from all members.
