As their dedicated Client Relationship Manager / Account Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving large enterprises' sales by implementing a strategic go-to-market approach and serving as a partner, enriching the internal skills of their workforce through our comprehensive learning and upskilling solutions, ensuring they extract maximum value from our partnership.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Account Development: Drive the growth of large enterprise sales by implementing a targeted go-to-market strategy anchored in Named Account List (NAL) penetration, cultivating lasting partnerships with key stakeholders.
Learning and Upskilling Partnerships: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their organisational goals and tailor our educational offerings to enhance the internal skills and capabilities of their teams, becoming trusted partners in their learning journey.
Onboarding Excellence: Collaborate with the wider Sales teams to develop a top-tier post-sales onboarding experience for our partners, guiding them from understanding their needs and goals to delivering the activation essentials.
Relationship Cultivation: Foster authentic relationships with our partners, conducting regular reviews and offering strategic insights to keep them engaged and informed.
Value Maximisation: Team up with our Client Insights, Sales, and Marketing experts to proactively enhance ROI and ensure our partners realise the full spectrum of benefits from their collaboration with us.
Product Proficiency: Become a product expert, spotting opportunities to align our partners' objectives with upsell and cross-sell options that support our wider retention and revenue targets.
Requirements:
1 + years’ experience as B2B Account Manager / Client Relationship Manager or similar (client-facing role)
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring accuracy and professionalism due to their connection with paying customers.
Self-driven and capable of taking ownership of your workload while confidently holding others accountable for meeting deadlines.
A team player with a commitment to collaborative success, understanding that it's a collective effort to achieve our goals.
A creative problem-solver who can think on their feet, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Demonstrated empathy and a proven track record of relationship-building in various client-facing roles.
Comfortable with the dynamic nature of startup life, showcasing adaptability and resourcefulness.
Salary: £35,000 yearly
