Lead development and global growth in one of our latest product offerings, and collaborate with other Product Owners on our jewel product - The Engage App.
Your challenge is to enable the way marketing and experience teams collaborate within the Engage App throughout the process of managing campaigns, announcements and various types of engagements.
Meet the Job
As our new Product Owner, you will work within The Digital Engagement value stream, consisting of multiple other squads and PO's working on complex components. Your main focus is working on The Engage App, which is a single stand alone application focused on marketing teams within financial institutions.
You will be responsible for the vision and implementation of key capabilities focused on team collaboration, approval workflows, user management and the upkeep of the Engage App. The Engage App is aimed at changing the way banks engage with their customers forever. Whether it be exciting personalized product offers, newsletters, tips and tricks, or well timed informative push notifications - you decide which features marketing and experience teams need to excel in their daily workflows.
It is your job to manage your set of features through the complete product life cycle: from discovering and defining new features and requirements, to creating the first prototype, launching new features with real customers in production, and taking care of product support and maintenance.
Together with your peers, you will bring together a best in class suite of features and services, enabling marketing teams within financial institutions to collaborate within the Engage App, making an impact across the globe.
