What We Need
NetBrain is looking for an enthusiastic, relationship-minded and technically savvy individual to join us as a post-sales Professional Services Engineer in our Services Engineering Team. We need someone who has extensive knowledge around enterprise networking with the intellectual curiosity to want to learn more. This is an ON-SITE opportnity with a customer in Atlanta.

This will be the dream job for you if you are passionate about customer enablement, network troubleshooting, and automating network operations. With this role, you will be working directly with our enterprise customers and be responsible for execution of customer projects from the pre-planning phases through go-live activities.

What You'll Do:
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for your assigned customer account for all NetBrain project activities
  • Build strong technical relationships with system administrators, network operations team, network tools team and technical champions within the customer account
  • Deploy and configure the NetBrain platform to provide visibility for customer's diverse network environments and technologies: VxLAN/SD-WAN/ACI/vCenter/IGP/BGP/MPLS, Cloud etc.
  • Consult with customers to understand network environment and current troubleshooting processes
  • Provide customized automation and integrate NetBrain into customer diagnostic workflows
  • Troubleshoot NetBrain product, network, and system issues within the customer environment
  • Apply software patches, driver updates, and upgrades to the customer NetBrain platform
  • Delivery of small classroom training to customer teams during services engagement
  • Document updates on customer health and progress toward customer milestones in NetBrain Salesforce and other internal systems
  • Create and maintain customer-facing and internal documentation including knowledge base articles, engineer handbooks, and product documentation

Who You Are:
  • You have a BA/BS degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent work experience preferably in a post-sales Professional Services role
  • Must be able to travel to customer location in Atlanta 5 days a week (M-F) 9am - 5pm
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in one or more of the following focuses: Network Operations (NOCs), Network Security, Network Planning, Design and Implementation, Network Automation
  • You have hands-on system administration experience or support experience with both Unix/Linux and Windows Operating Systems
  • Knowledge of managing VMware and Microsoft Hypervisor resources and best practices
  • You have CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent network certifications
  • You have working knowledge of Cloud – AWS and Azure technologies/services, certification a plus
  • You have experience creating and working with automation or scripting languages (Python, Perl, Shell)
  • You have the ability to adapt complex topics for a new audience
  • You have excellent English written, verbal communication, and presentation skills
