Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, this Summer, we’re looking to add a Program Management Intern located in our Buffalo Grove, IL site.
Reporting to the Program Manager, the student will assist with daily program management tasks while learning, collaborating and working alongside cross-functional teams.
What a typical day looks like:

Support the evaluation, identification and implementation of improvements/changes to operations.

Work collaboratively with the team members to align the customer demands and support execution by supporting operations.

Lead projects to increase overall customer satisfaction and increase profit

Attend team meetings and support project work as needed
Student qualities we’re seeking for this internship assignment:

Sr. level undergrad pursuing degree in Business Management, Organization Development, Business Administration or related major

Microsoft Office Suite
-
Strong verbal, presentation and written communication skills
-
Highly collaborative, creative and strong time management and problem-solving skills
-
Self-motivated, high energy and ability to work in teams
-
Previous Program Management internship experience; a plus!
Internship Program Requirements:

Available to start on May 30th and work 40 hours/week (in-person) for 10-12 week Summer assignment

Currently enrolled in 4-year accredited university
