• Support the evaluation, identification and implementation of improvements/changes to operations.
• Work collaboratively with the team members to align the customer demands and support execution by supporting operations.
• Lead projects to increase overall customer satisfaction and increase profit
• Attend team meetings and support project work as needed

• Sr. level undergrad pursuing degree in Business Management, Organization Development, Business Administration or related major
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong verbal, presentation and written communication skills
• Highly collaborative, creative and strong time management and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated, high energy and ability to work in teams
• Previous Program Management internship experience; a plus!

• Available to start on May 30th and work 40 hours/week (in-person) for 10-12 week Summer assignment
• Currently enrolled in 4-year accredited university
• 3.0 minimum GPA
