Project Manager - Delivery Deployment

Position Overview

The Project Manager defines the value proposition, work plan, resource needs, timeline, and budget for client product and/or service delivery projects - Sales order through product revenue and or project labor deployment. Manages resources (i.e., capital requirements and human capital) to achieve project objectives on time, within scope and on budget. Manages delivery of multiple project initiatives to enhance services and level of customer support.

Responsibilities include planning, direction, prioritization, change management and delivery of projects in a manner aligned with client expectations and business needs. Serves as supply chain interface to program and product teams, aligning integrated supply chain resources and solutions with business needs. Ensures timely identification and resolution of issues relating to material shortages, abundance, quality, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develops & applies practical understanding of client requirements and project management concepts, practices, and methodologies – Sales order through product revenue and or project labor deployment.
  • Applies critical thinking to perform project management duties, including requirements assessment, initial scope building and planning, cost estimation and budgeting, scheduling, risk management and documentation, preparation of communications and presentations.
  • Key metric performance reporting
  • Understands how projects and department relate to and impact others and communicates clearly when issues arise.
  • Self-reviews own work.
  • Participates in team meetings and contributes ideas to improve the team / project outcome.
  • Establishes and maintains effective relationships with relevant internal / external stakeholders.
  • Responsible for survey review, quote, pricing.
  • Draft SOW for review with various subcontractors.
  • Selection product for applicable site conditions
  • Scheduling of installation per customer expectation

Required Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree and 2-4 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Advanced computer skills: Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMI Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) a plus
