Project Manager IV

This is a hands-on leadership role within the Gobal Supply Chain PMO team. This Project Manager will directly oversee the execution of multiple projects while matrixed with Logistics, Planning, Manufacturing, and Procurement teams to drive operational efficiency and profitability. Ensures constant communication of status and needs with senior leadership and all project stakeholders. This Project Manager will also function as a core team member for new product introductions, logistics and life cycle management focused projects. This role will also be looked upon to assist other project managers with best practices and to help define PMO standards and should have experience demnostrating this capability.


How You'll Make An Impact:

  • Ensure Bio-Rad’s ability to deliver products to our customers by driving projects that address needs within all phases of our end-to-end supply chain. From procurement strategy, to manufacturing expansion, to global logistics networks.
  • Help Bio-Rad grow by overseeing projects aimed at increasing production capacities around the world to meet expanding market needs including the acquisition, installation, and validation of large capital equipment.
  • Ensure the financial health of Bio-Rad’s future by successfully executing projects that drive out production and distribution costs and expand our gross margins, including LEAN transformation projects and the transfer of distribution or manufacturing operations between facilities worldwide.
  • Enable Bio-Rad to adapt practices when needed to meet the ever-changing requirements of global IVD registration and quality compliance regulations.

What You Bring:

  • A bachelors degree and 10+ years of Project Management experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Direct work experience with the manufacture and / or distribution of highly regulated products.
  • Experience with life science and clinical diagnostics products a plus. Experience with FDA and ISO13485 a plus.

Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is $145,400 to $199,900 at the time of posting. This range is inclusive of all geographic locations within the United States*. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of an offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.

  • Minimum reflects our lowest paying locations, and the top end reflects our highest paying locations. The range in your geographic location will vary but will be within the indicated range.
