Project Manager

Do you have 5+ years hands on Program Manager experience in Mechanical/Civil Engineering or Manufacturing products? If yes, Veev seeks a Technical Project expert to create and manage new Veev technology products using the product life cycle (PLC) methodology. A background in Product Life Cycle (PLC) management, program schedule control, technical-oriented, hands-on, in related industries, is critical.

Our TPM's management do not have direct reports. TPM's manage the end-to-end development (from concept to released production). Success means you are currently and have previously exhibited strong program management skills and the ability to work and succeed in an ambiguous environment.

$145,000 - $160,000

• Product development leadership and development, using PLC methodology
• Develop and manage top-down schedule according to business demands and product roadmaps
• Plan and execute the bottom-up program schedule(s) according to technical challenges and inputs across the company
• Build and manage a leadership management dashboard with clear milestones and visibility into program statuses, risks and mitigations
• Manage communications among Product, Engineering, BIM, PLM & configuration control, and Operations
• Work cross-functionally to implement best practices and development processes, in a quickly changing and dynamic environment
• Identify constraints, dependencies, risks/issues, to deliver Veev building block construction projects on time and within the budget
• Identify resources needed and work closely with the team leads to maintain full visibility of multiple projects, ensuring resource gaps are prioritized and addressed efficiently

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years experience as a Program Manager/Equivalent, managing product development from inception to production.
• Familiar with Product Life Cycle methodology in product development
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and management
• Experience building relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams

Nice to Haves - Advantages:

• Experience in the prefab construction industry
• Familiar with CAD, CAM systems, and processes
• Familiar with BIM360, Revit, Solid Works, or Arena PLM
• Familiar with Monday.com program management
• Experience working with international team members

Compensation:
Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with the final offer amount dependent on skills, education, experience, and location is $145,000 - $160,000 annually for Hayward, CA, and surrounding areas. This role is also eligible for stock options, and various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, flexible paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
