(San Francisco Bay Area) Solutions Engineer (growth to a CTO)

Team: close-knit team of 10 dedicated professionals, including a visionary Co-Founder and a talented developer.

Together We Will:

Design and implement scalable solutions for our production-ready voice agent platform;
Lead initiatives in software architecture, infrastructure and distributed systems utilizing technologies such as React, Node.js, Next.js, Unix, Amazon Web Services (AWS), CSS, HTML;
Collaborate closely with designers and engineers throughout the design and implementation phases to ensure seamless integration;
Provide technical support and implementation guidance directly to our customers, enhancing their experience with our products.

What You Will Need:

3+ years of experience in software engineer development and system design;
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science or related fields;
A founder-like mindset with a passion for taking responsibility and making a significant impact;
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, quickly learning and adapting to new challenges;
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of making decisions even amidst disagreements.

Would Be a Plus:

Previous cloud tech stack managing experience;
Previous startup experience;
A good sense of humor 😊
