We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Performance Marketing Manager with a proven track record in an agency environment. The ideal candidate will be an expert in lead generation using Meta Ads and capable of designing testing and optimization plans. You will work alongside a team of Media Buyers to roll out and manage tests across a diverse portfolio of over 200 clients in the aesthetics industry. This remote role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a global team.
Responsibilities:
Testing & Optimization:
Design and implement rigorous A/B and multivariate testing programs to continually improve campaign performance.
Execute comprehensive testing programs, including split testing different ad variables and experimenting with new strategies.
Analyze test results and apply data-driven insights to refine targeting, creatives, and ad formats.
Performance Reporting & Analysis:
Develop, implement, and enforce standardized naming conventions for campaigns, ad sets, and creatives to ensure consistency and ease of reporting.
Generate detailed performance reports, providing insights into the effectiveness of campaigns, highlighting key metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.
Creative Testing & Optimization:
Collaborate closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives, including images, copy, and layouts that resonate with target audiences and align with campaign objectives.
Execute creative testing programs to identify top-performing ad variations, including different image formats, copy approaches, and video content.
Analyze the performance of creative assets, providing actionable feedback for future optimizations.
Client Relationship Management:
Partner with client success teams to enhance client satisfaction, visibility, and support processes designed to expand budgets.
Serve as the marketing point-of-contact, providing updates via email and participating in calls to address questions.
Manage new campaign launches and oversee processes to ensure successful execution.
Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
7-10 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within an agency setting.
At least 3 years of experience using Meta Ads for lead generation, with sole responsibility for improving performance.
Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders.
Excellent project management skills with keen attention to detail.
Strong negotiation, listening, and presentation abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Project management or sales experience is a plus.
Approachable personality with a client-focused mindset.
Bonus: Experience in the aesthetics industry, including medspas, plastic surgery, or beauty sectors.
