Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Wholesale Sales Representatives with a strong background in wholesale and freight forwarding, specifically within the LATAM region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a deep understanding of the logistics and supply chain industry, and the ability to manage and grow relationships with key customers across Latin America.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the LATAM region, focusing on wholesale and freight forwarding customers.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that meet customer needs.
Prepare and present sales proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations.
Customer Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for LATAM wholesale and freight forwarding clients.
Provide excellent customer service by understanding and addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and maintaining strong communication.
Regularly follow up on customer orders, inquiries, and requests.

Increased Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets by securing new business and expanding relationships with existing clients.
Client Retention: Maintain high customer retention rates by delivering exceptional service and regularly engaging with clients to ensure their satisfaction.
Effective Cross-functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with marketing, operations, and logistics teams to deliver customized solutions that meet the unique needs of LATAM customers.
Market Expansion: Successfully penetrate new markets in the LATAM region, increasing the company’s presence and establishing strong client partnerships in key areas.
Customer Feedback: Receive positive feedback from clients regarding response times, communication, and issue resolution.
Efficiency in Sales Process: Demonstrate effective management of the sales pipeline through timely follow-ups, accurate forecasting, and closing deals within the expected time frame.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, particularly in wholesale and freight forwarding within the LATAM region.
Deep understanding of the logistics and supply chain industry, particularly in the context of wholesale and international shipping.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships with key decision-makers.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Fluent in both English and Spanish (bilingual proficiency required).
Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales-related tools.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
