This position will be traveling and covering the South Bay, San Pedro, and Long Beach areas.
Providence Home and Community Care Liaison is responsible for advancing and maintaining referral relationships and referral flow in their assigned territory. Key referral sources include MD Clinics, community hospitals, payor care managers, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living and board and care communities. This role works closely with our Providence home health and hospice interdisciplinary team.

In this role, your strong background in medical sales account management will shine, as you engage with various stakeholders like care managers and discharge planners. A Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (or equivalent experience) is essential, as is a year of successful medical sales experience.
