Community Liaison-Community Based South Bay

This position will be traveling and covering the South Bay, San Pedro, and Long Beach areas.

Providence Home and Community Care Liaison is responsible for advancing and maintaining referral relationships and referral flow in their assigned territory. Key referral sources include MD Clinics, community hospitals, payor care managers, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living and board and care communities.  This role works closely with our Providence home health and hospice interdisciplinary team.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a clinical discipline or equivalent education/experience.
    • Associate's degree plus four years of work experience; or high school diploma plus six years of work experience; is equivalent to the Bachelor's degree.
  • 1 year Successful medical sales account management experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Coursework/Training: Focus on healthcare
  • 1 year Sales experience in home health & hospice or infusion marketplace.
  • 1 year experience selling directly to physicians, hospital, discharge planners.
  • 1 year experience with customer relationship and territory management software.
