They are Integrity, Teamwork, Passion for Winning, Ownership & Leadership.Job SummaryAs the Assistant of Influencer Marketing at Newell Brands, you will play a crucial role in supporting our influencer marketing initiatives across our diverse portfolio of brands. You will work closely with the rest of the Influencer Marketing team and collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute effective campaigns that drive towards brand goals through strategic, creative creator partnerships, content creation and content amplification.Responsibilities:- Assist in identifying and researching potential influencers and content creators aligned with Newell Brands' brand values and target audiences.- Support the execution of influencer marketing campaigns from inception to completion, including outreach, negotiation, and contract management.- Liaise with brand and digital marketing teams to gather insights and information to effectively plan and execute campaigns- Coordinate logistics for influencer partnerships, including product shipments, campaign timelines, and deliverables.- Monitor and track influencer campaign performance, providing regular updates and reports to evaluate effectiveness and ROI.- Cultivate relationships with influencers and manage day-to-day communications to ensure campaign deliverables are met.- Assist in managing and collaborating with relevant agency partners.- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activities in influencer marketing.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.- 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or related roles.- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.- Knowledge of social media platforms, influencer trends, and best practices.- Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically about influencer partnerships- Experience with influencer marketing platforms and tools preferred but not required (e.g., AspireIQ, CreatorIQ, etc.).Newell Brands (NASDAQ: NWL) is a leading global consumer goods company with a strong portfolio of well-known brands, including Rubbermaid, Sharpie, Graco, Coleman, Rubbermaid Commercial Products, Yankee Candle, Paper Mate, FoodSaver, Dymo, EXPO, Elmer's, Oster, NUK, Spontex and Campingaz.
