Stellenbeschreibung

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du betreust eigenverantwortlich Creator-Kampagnen mit Fokus auf TikTok und Instagram (Recherche, datenbasierte Selektion, Planung, Koordination, Verhandlung sowie Reportings und Projektanalysen)
  • Du erstellst Content- & Redaktionspläne
  • Du übernimmst routiniert das Projekthandling
  • Du leitest Handlungsempfehlungen anhand von bestehenden Analysen und Reportings ab
  • Du erstellst Briefings für unser Kreationsteam und stimmst Dich in Hinblick auf die Content Creation ab
  • Du unterstützt das Team bei der Entwicklung von Social-Media-Strategien, Toolkits, Channel Deep Dives oder Playbooks bzw. Guidelines 
  • Du führst souverän Deine Kund*innen, festigst die Beziehung und baust die Accounts stetig aus
  • Du übernimmst die Verantwortung über das Kunden- & Kampagnenbudget inklusive Planung & Controlling

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
     
  • Du bringst strategische Expertise im Bereich Social Media / digitaler Kommunikation mit
     
  • Du bringst Kenntnisse auf verschiedenen Plattformen wie Instagram oder TikTok mit. Weitere Plattformen wie YouTube, Pinterest o. ä. sind ein Plus!
     
  • Du bist für uns am Puls der Zeit, indem Du aktuelle Trends und Themen auf Social Media und den digitalen Medien verfolgst, um wertvolle Impulse für unsere Kund*innen zu sammeln
     
  • Du hattest bereits erste Berührung mit Data Analytics (NetBase, GWI) sowie ein Verständnis für KPIs 
     
  • Du bist ein*e Teamplayer*in mit Leidenschaft und Hands-on-Mentalität
     
  • Du bist proaktiv, lösungsorientiert, kannst Projekte eigenverantwortlich führen und antizipierst die Bedürfnisse Deiner Kund*innen
     
  • Du hast fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens Level C1) und auch das Halten von Präsentationen in englischer Sprache fällt Dir leicht
