Are you a motivated and adaptable HR professional looking to make a significant impact on shaping the future of work in a rapidly changing world? Join Digitas as a Senior HR Advisor and work closely with the HR Director to enhance the agency employee experience!

Responsibilities:

• Manage complex Employee Relations issues and deliver engagement initiatives
• Develop high-performing teams and engage with managers and employees to support their development
• Act as a trusted business partner to leaders and managers on HR processes and employment law
• Drive effective people initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of the employee experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to proactively manage employee issues and large change management initiatives

• Experience in managing Employee Relations including redundancy, TUPE, and disciplinary matters
• Strong generalist HR background with knowledge across multiple disciplines
• Excellent understanding of UK employment law and experience in a fast-paced environment
• Analytical thinker with the ability to analyse HR trends and present insights to stakeholders
• CIPD qualified and a strong ambition to continue personal development in HR
• Previous experience in Media, Digital, Advertising, or Tech industries is preferred
