Leading the charge on a cutting-edge Salesforce implementation for a major energy client in Houston. We need a Salesforce expert who excels in best practices, can engage directly with client leadership, and has a solid ITSM background. You'll collaborate with architects, product owners, and a global development team while mastering Salesforce integrations with SAP, MuleSoft, and Azure deployment pipelines. You will also be responsible for aspects of ITSMBelow are key responsibilities for this position:Salesforce:• Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex and configuration tools• Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC):• Create reusable and performant components.• Implement complex UI interactions and responsive designs.• Utilize LWC lifecycle hooks and events effectively.• Integrate LWC with Apex controllers and third-party libraries.• Optimize LWC for performance and accessibility.• Work with XML for various Salesforce metadata components and configurations.• Implement and optimize both REST and SOAP-based integrations:• Design and develop robust APIs.• Handle authentication and security best practices.• Troubleshoot integration issues across different systems.• Demonstrate expertise in Salesforce Sales, Service, Experience clouds and demonstrate knowledge in Salesforce CPQ.• Apply strong design pattern knowledge to create scalable and maintainable solutions.• Provide direct customer support and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.• Serve as a liaison between onsite and offshore teams to ensure seamless project execution.• Exhibit strong debugging and troubleshooting skills across various Salesforce instances.• Work comfortably in production environments, adhering to best practices and security protocols.• Analyze existing systems to identify and propose enhancement opportunities.• Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and emerging technologies.• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team.• Mentor junior team members and share knowledge across the organization.• Experience with Pull Request (PR) reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.ITSM:• Respond to and resolve Salesforce support tickets within agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs)• Contribute to knowledge repositories, documenting issue resolution.• Document and track incidents, providing timely updates to stakeholders on the resolution progress.
