As an Oracle consulting generalist at PwC, you will possess a broad range of consulting skills and experience across various Oracle applications. You will provide consulting services to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Oracle applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member’s unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.

- Managing engagements, including preparing concise, accurate documents and maintaining project economics while maintaining flexibility for unanticipated issues;Ê

- Proactively monitor support trends and make staffing recommendations and/or process changes;
- Answering questions and providing direction to less-experienced staff; and,Ê
- Coaching staff including providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback.ÊDemonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success leading efforts in consulting, designing, implementing, and supporting Oracle applications-based solutions, including the following:Ê
- Participating in the continuous improvement of implemented solutions, including but not limited to the following Oracle application-packaged modules: Oracle Cloud ERP, Oracle Cloud EPM, Oracle Cloud HCM, EBS, PeopleSoft;Ê
- Transitioning and leading application support operations; and,
- Understanding the common issues facing PwC's clients of all Industries and Sectors.ÊDemonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success leading one or more Oracle Cloud engagements including:Ê
- Troubleshooting, isolating and resolving critical issues by coordinating with offshore team members in a Managed Services support environment;
- Determining the root cause of incidents and make recommendations for prevention in the future;
- Designing, implementing and supporting business processes in an Oracle Cloud environment;Ê
- Designing, building, testing and deploying various Oracle Cloud solutions;Ê
- Building relationships with clients; identifying and pursuing opportunities to expand scope;Ê
- Developing an awareness of Firm services;Ê
- Staffing and managing teams to deliver contracted services including troubleshooting and resolving production issues, developing and testing enhancements, and assessing impact of patches/releases within Oracle Cloud applications;Ê
- Providing consistent communication of status to clients; managing client expectations in regards to scope and service levels; and,Ê
- Overseeing multiple client engagements while leveraging team leaders to manage day-to-day activities; develop leadership skills within the team.ÊDemonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in practice and business development activities including:Ê
- Participating in pipeline building, proposal responses, presentation delivery to clients, and contract development; and,Ê
- Developing and evolving service offerings, planning for capabilities, and building capacity.ÊDemonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team member by:Ê
- Understanding personal and team roles;
- Demonstrating proven presentation skills to articulate ideas, options & solutions;Ê
- Contributing to a positive working environment by building relationships with and mentoring team members, supporting them in their career development;Ê
- Seeking guidance, clarification and feedback proactively; and,Ê
- Providing guidance, clarification and feedback to less-experienced staff.

The salary range for this position is: $82,500 - $198,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
