Specialist Grid Connection Manager - (all genders)

Your expertise will help identify and mitigate risks or delays related to evacuation infrastructure, ensuring smooth progress across all stages. • You support the Grid Team Leader by reporting on the progress of grid connection processes, attending meetings with EPC and ICP companies, and participating in grid-related meetings with other developers.

• You collect and manage necessary information to comply with administrative processes involving stakeholders such as TSOs, DNOs, and Ministries, while coordinating with BD and PM colleagues to meet the COD date.

• You assess the impact of delays or issues in planning and executing evacuation infrastructures (especially shared ones), communicate these to the company, and propose solutions to mitigate any impacts.

• You provide technical support to the PM team as required, review technical documents to detect potential incompatibilities with permits, assess impacts on assets, and recommend practical solutions.
• You identify and monitor risks associated with the project’s critical path, taking proactive measures to prevent delays and ensure project success.

• You bring a solid understanding of grid connection processes, energy infrastructure, and technical documentation review.
• You have experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders (e.g., TSOs, DNOs, Ministries) and managing timelines to meet project deadlines.
• You excel at assessing risks, proposing solutions to mitigate impacts, and adapting to challenges in a dynamic work environment.
• You have strong verbal and written communication skills in Spanish, essential for interacting with stakeholders and managing processes effectively.
