Job Description

  • Own and deliver end-to-end product management for airport customer experience initiatives, from concept through to execution, with a focus on speed, quality, and measurable impact
  • Lead transformation through digital and technology innovation, enhancing the customer journey in complex airport environments
  • Permanent role based at our Mascot Campus

The Product Manager, Airport CX will drive transformation and change within complex environments, leveraging digital and technology innovation to enhance the airport customer experience. In this role, the Product Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end product management, from conceptualization to delivery, ensuring speed and quality in execution. 

A background in customer product or service design will be key, along with expertise in business and commercial acumen, including insight generation and business case development. This role requires a customer-centric mindset, and strong problem-solving skills. Experience driving transformation and change will be highly valued, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills.

You’ll have:

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in product management, supplier/partner management, or a similar field, with a deep understanding of the airline industry.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Expertise in product management, including strategic thinking, customer engagement, research, insights and problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in commercial management, including supplier/partner management, P&L management, forecasting and business case development.
  • Strong background in executing and delivering transformational change, with the ability to influence key stakeholders and deliver strategic outcomes.
  • Strong analytical thinking, project management, and time management skills.
  • A customer-centric approach, with the ability to lead with insights, and prioritise business fundamentals to drive results.
