Product Manager- Fintech

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE:

We're seeking a talented Senior Product Manager to work with us on developing new features and products

from idea to launch. Your responsibilities as a Senior Product Manager will include analyzing consumer

behavior and market trends, reviewing customer opinions of our goods, and identifying ways to fix the product

by making it better.

Your KRAs will includethe following:

 Lead the product lifecycle for our SaaS/FinTech solutions, from ideation to launch and continuous

optimization.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, Data, and Operations, to translate

innovative ideas into scalable products.

 Utilize your expertise in SaaS/FinTech to craft product solutions that address the specific needs of our

diverse user base.

 Employ data-driven approaches to understand customer behavior, optimize feature performance, and

prioritize impactful product enhancements.

 Monitor and analyze product adoption, user engagement, and retention metrics; propose and implement

iterations that drive product success.

 Develop and execute a product strategy that aligns with business objectives, ensuring both growth and user

satisfaction.

 Champion growth initiatives by leading A/B testing, funnel optimization, and customer segmentation

efforts to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue.

 Collaborate with Growth and Marketing teams to ensure product features align with market needs and

strategies, driving effective market entry and expansion.

 Stay informed on market trends and the competitive landscape within the SaaS/FinTech sectors to maintain

product competitiveness.

YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

 3+ years of experience in Product Management within the SaaS/FinTech industry, with a proven track

record in driving product growth.

 Experience managing the full product lifecycle, from concept to launch, in dynamic environments.

 Strong understanding of the SaaS/FinTech landscapes, including industry-specific challenges and

opportunities.

 Expertise in using data analytics to inform product decisions and growth strategies.

 Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and

influence senior stakeholders.

 A strategic mindset combined with tactical execution abilities to deliver on both product and growth

objectives.

Must Have Skills: A/B Testing, Scrum, Agile, SAAS, BRD and PRD Documentation (should have experience in preparing BRD and PRD documents), should have experience in both B2B and B2C Products, should have experience working in Cross-functional team, should be from a Fintech or SAAS background.
