Job Title: CNC Machinist (Mill/Lathe)

Location: Richmond, VA

Employment Type: Full Time, Contract to Hire

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Compensation: $24.00 - $38.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

Qualdoc LLC is seeking an experienced CNC Mill and Lathe Machinist with a minimum of 5 years of Mastercam programming experience.

• Develop and modify CNC programs using Mastercam.
• Operate CNC machines to produce precision parts per engineering drawings.
• Conduct quality checks with precision measuring tools like calipers and micrometers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues with the team.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

• Minimum of 5 years of programming/machining experience required.
• Proficiency in Mastercam and CAM programming.
• Extensive CNC machining experience.
• Ability to perform Machine setup, change parts and tooling.
• Skilled in precision measurement and blueprint reading.
• Understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).

• Dayshift
• 8 Hour Shift: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• Monday to Friday
