You’ll design interfaces for websites and marketing platforms using your knowledge of user-centered and responsive design. You’ll work closely with project managers, creative directors, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure that your designs meet business goals and improve user engagement. Your skills in prototyping, wireframing, and final production, along with using data to guide design direction, will help you create attractive and functional interfaces that boost conversion rates and support our marketing efforts.You’ll also need to understand digital marketing strategies and user behavior. You’ll work with the user testing team and merchandise project managers to gather feedback and make design improvements. Keeping our brand consistent across all digital platforms and adapting to agile workflows will be important for delivering high-quality designs that connect with our audience and reflect our brand.Responsibilities• Design with the user in mind by understanding their needs and preferences. Use tools like empathy mapping and user research to create designs that are easy to use.• Use your knowledge of digital marketing to improve the user experience. Incorporate SEO, PPC, content, and social media into your designs to support marketing goals.• Create designs that work well on different devices and screen sizes. Use the right tools to make sure your designs are effective everywhere.• Use data and user feedback to guide your design choices. Collect User testing result and A/B tests performance to make your designs more effective.• Build detailed prototypes and wireframes with tools like Figma or xd. Turn complex ideas into clear and attractive designs and production asset for development.• Work with marketing teams, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure your designs meet business goals. Communicate clearly and incorporate feedback from the team.• Design visually appealing UI elements, such as layouts, fonts, colors, and icons. Focus on making the interface easy to use and visually engaging.• Make sure all designs align with the company's brand and message. Keep the brand's identity consistent across all digital platforms.• Use agile methods to adapt your designs based on feedback and changing needs. Focus on continuous improvement to meet business goals and enhance design quality.Requirements• Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Visual Communication, UI/UX, or a related field.• Proficiency with web design tools such as Figma (required), Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.• Strong skills in building design systems and creating low-fidelity prototypes for quick client feedback.• Basic knowledge of HTML and understanding how designs translate to code. Ability to use prototyping tools to show design ideas.• Organized and self-motivated with excellent communication skills. Able to work well in teams and deliver quality designs under tight deadlines.• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently identify and resolve issues. Capable of explaining solutions clearly to colleagues and clients.• Curious about new technology and experienced in user testing and research is a plus.• Comfortable working independently as well as participating in whiteboard sessions and group brainstorming.• Must have a positive attitude and be a great team player.The expected salary range for this position is $90,000 USD to $130,000 USD annually. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company’s compensation practices. The salary may be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. The position is also eligible to receive performance bonus or commission and equity in the form of restricted stock units.
