What makes us unique: We don't just build for creators - we are creators. Our in-house content team consistently produces viral content that has generated over 100m views across YouTube and other platforms since launch in Oct 2024. This gives us unprecedented insights into creator needs and allows us to rapidly test and validate our product features in a real-world environment.
We are seeking our first Product Manager to join our core team and drive the development of our creator-focused platform from the ground up. You will work directly with the founders - the CEO and CTO on the tech side, and the President and Chief Creative Officer on the content side to fully realize the technology opportunity. As the founding member of the product team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product strategy, working directly with our creator customers to understand their needs, and translating those insights into powerful features that help creators succeed in the digital economy.
In this role, you'll thrive in an early-stage environment where you can make a significant impact, champion our users' needs, and help build a product that transforms how creators understand and grow their digital presence.
Own and develop the product roadmap from 0 to 1, working closely with engineering and design teams to bring our vision to life.
Drive user research by engaging directly with creators to understand their needs, while using data and analytics to inform product decisions.
Collaborate with our successful in-house content team to validate product features, using their content production workflow as a real-world testing ground for our platform.
Obsessively build and use our tech to maximize the value of our own content channels to fully align with our creator customers - if we can’t make it work for us, we can’t make it work for our customers!
Build and launch foundational features that deliver immediate value to creators while establishing a framework for future scale.
8+ years of product management experience, with significant experience in the creator economy, gaming, or digital media platforms.
Proven track record of building and launching successful products from conception to market, particularly in early-stage environments.
Deep passion for the creator economy and genuine excitement about helping creators succeed, demonstrated through past work or personal projects.
Strong analytical skills and obsession with using data to drive product decisions and measure success.
Experience working directly with creators or influencers or previous experience at a creator-focused startup.
Background in video analytics, content optimization, or audience growth
