About rag & bone
From our origins in New York in 2002, rag & bone was founded on a belief of uncompromising ideals: a commitment to doing things the right way, not the easy way. To making things that are as original as they are timeless. To being true to ourselves, even when that truth sets us apart from the mainstream.
We still believe in the same principles we started with: the easy elegance of classic British tailoring, the authenticity of American workwear, and the originality of our home city, New York. As New Yorkers, community and authenticity have become synonymous with our brand. An inclusive environment at rag & bone upholds our original values by encouraging employee connection and empowering each individual to have a voice on policy, process, and collaboration for a more equitable future.
rag & bone’s internship program is unpaid and for college credit only. Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program.
We pride ourselves on offering an exciting and educational internship experience to participants, and value the contribution those new to the industry can bring. This is an excellent opportunity to gain real-world work experience, learn how varying departments interface and develop foundational skills to help you enter the fashion world after you graduate.

Responsibilities:
Join rag & bone this Spring 2025 as a Denim Product Management Intern in New York, NY, where you can immerse yourself in the dynamic world of fashion and product development. At rag & bone, we pride ourselves on our unwavering commitment to quality, originality, and authenticity since our inception in 2002. We believe in a community-driven environment that embraces inclusivity while encouraging individual voices. As an intern, you will collaborate with various cross-functional teams, including Design, Tech, and Pattern Markers, participating in the exciting process of bringing denim styles to life. This unpaid internship is aimed at providing valuable real-world experience, so it’s important that you're currently enrolled in a college program. You'll manage and maintain seasonal Master Work In Progress (WIP) for product lifecycle processes, assist in the development of Bill of Materials (BOM’s), and communicate timing and alterations across teams. While we value previous internship experience, it’s not a requirement; your organizational and communication skills will be your greatest assets. This role is not just about learning—it's about contributing to the craftsmanship of our denim products, understanding costing management, and gaining insights that will set you apart in the fashion industry. If you have a passion for denim and a desire to learn from industry leaders, we invite you to apply and take your first step toward a rewarding career in product management.
