This role will focus on the design of store windows and seasonal interior displays, and special projects including pop ups and 3D touchpoints for wholesale and franchise partners.The Visual Design Manager reports into the Senior Designer, Creative Services.ResponsibilitiesCreate compelling high-impact seasonal displays for retail & wholesale projects that align with brand strategy and aesthetic.Collaborate with the Senior Designer on adapting and scaling concepts into the different channels of the network.Assist in the design development of high-level projects, including mood boards, 3D models, and renderings.Ensure visual displays align with marketing messages and merchandising priorities.Support wholesale seasonal strategy with pop up concepts ranging from campaign roll outs to large scale experience-driven displays.Develop ideas and collaborate with the Store Design team to support a unique brand experience through interior displays and sensory touchpoints.Assist in the showroom-to-store approach, with implementing new display concepts during key markets for future execution in department store locations.Support the setup and installation of key projects, managing external partners and ensuring quality of execution.Support international partners with roll outs, supplying design concepts and offering guidance and feedback on the adaption to their local network.Stay informed about current trends in experiential retail and visual merchandising displays, conducting seasonal competitor visits.RequirementsMinimum 2-4 years experience in Visual/3D design in a retail capacity.Proficiency in SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite required.Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of visual design projects.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.Strong understanding of current design trends, tools, and best practices.Rules we live byBe a Good Human- Be original, be authentic.
