IT Delivery Manager

Your future responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Product Owner and Solution Architect to define the Product Stream backlog and the Release Plan
  • Ensure that the delivered solution fits the overall IT strategy and IT goals/tasks are reflected in the Product Backlog
  • Provide technical and IT-related strategic input for the respective business area
  • First escalation instance on IT side for Product Owner and IT (Team)
  • Ensure proper involvement of all IT roles, IT resource management for Team
  • IT internal alignment of IT standards and documentation required for Team setup
  • Accountable for delivery of Product Stream IT deliverables
  • Manage IT risks and technical interdependencies
  • Timely provision of necessary accesses for team members and access procedures simplification
  • People Management

Your skills and experience:

  • Project management experience (2+ years) for large scale IT Projects, successful projects implementation
  • Good IT management skills and understanding of IT processes (SDLC, Change Management, Release management, and others)
  • Good command of technical English, ability to communicate and negotiate with different management levels
  • Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall methodology, roles, activities, and process outputs for software development
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving competency
  • Strong interpersonal/social skills
  • Understanding of common IT technologies stack: HW, NW, DB, MW, API, etc.

Will be a plus:

  • Experience in the banking or financial sector or an understanding of the basic principles and requirements for doing banking (focus area — Capital Markets\Treasury: Core Banking systems, Trading Platforms, Reporting, FE & BE Apps)
  • Technical background with IT practices

  • Тісно співпрацювати з власником продукту та архітектором рішень для визначення беклогу продуктового потоку та плану релізу
  • Переконатися, що рішення, що поставляється, відповідає загальної ІТ-стратегії і ІТ-мети/завдання відображені в белогу продукту
  • Забезпечення технічного та стратегічного внеску, пов’язаного з ІТ, для відповідної бізнес-сфери
  • Перша інстанція ескалації на стороні ІТ для власника продукту та ІТ (команди)
  • Забезпечення належної участі всіх ролей ІТ, управління ресурсами ІТ для команди
  • Внутрішнє узгодження ІТ стандартів та документації, необхідних для створення команди
  • Відповідальність за доставку ІТ-результатів по продуктовому потоку
  • Управління ІТ-ризиками та технічними взаємозалежностями
  • Своєчасне надання необхідних доступів для членів команди та спрощення процедур доступу

Твій досвід та навички:  

  • Досвід управління проектами (2+ роки) для великомасштабних ІТ-проектів, успішна реалізація проектів
  • Хороші навички управління ІТ та розуміння ІТ-процесів (SDLC, управління змінами, управління релізами та інші)
  • Хороше володіння технічною англійською мовою, уміння спілкуватися та вести переговори з різними рівнями керівництва
  • Знання методології Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, ролей, дій та результатів процесу розробки програмного забезпечення
  • Сильна організаційна компетентність та здатність вирішувати проблеми
  • Сильні міжособистісні/соціальні навички
  • Розуміння загального стеку ІТ-технологій: HW, NW, DB, MW, API тощо.
