Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the security field
  • Experience in supporting crisis management, security operations, loss prevention, or call center equivalent preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in safety, security, or crisis management within in a high-growth, results-driven environment, with a solid track record of successfully supporting enterprise security programs
  • Experience and knowledge with building security, including burglar and fire alarm systems
  • Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing
  • Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively
  • Microsoft Proficient: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Bachelor’s degree in emergency management, criminal justice, or equivalent experience
  • Able to work non-standard hours - 2nd and 3rd shifts
