Your new role
As our new Consultant, M&A Environmental Due Diligence and Compliance, you will practice in our Dallas, Texas office and have some familiarity with the metropolitan areas in Texas. Your demonstrated ability to prepare clear written assessments and reports summarizing site conditions will support our national and multi-national clients at their facilities or target facilities primarily Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana.

Communicating effectively is key in this position, as you'll interact with clients, agencies, and the public to formulate sustainable conclusions. Your expertise in environmental laws, especially Texas Commission on Environmental Quality guidelines, will be invaluable. We’re looking for candidates with 2+ years in environmental due diligence and a relevant degree in Engineering, Geosciences, or a related field.
