In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our clients platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various social media channels, excellent communication skills, and a passion for storytelling through digital content.Responsibilities• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals.• Create engaging content across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, and LinkedIn.• Monitor social media channels for trends and audience engagement, utilizing social listening tools.• Manage the content calendar to ensure timely delivery of posts and campaigns.• Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives.• Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.• Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.• Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategy adjustments.• Oversee graphic design projects using Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Adobe Illustrator.• Shoot and Edit videos for promotional content and social media posts.Skills• Proficiency in Hootsuite or similar social media management tools.• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including Adobe Illustrator for graphic design needs.• Experience in video editing to create compelling visual content.• Excellent relationship management skills to foster community engagement.• Ability to conduct thorough research and utilize social listening techniques effectively.• Strong proofreading skills to ensure all content is error-free and aligns with brand voice.• A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box while adhering to brand guidelines.If you are passionate about social media and eager to make an impact through innovative digital strategies, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity!Job Type: ContractPay: $22.59 - $25.11 per hourExpected hours: 8 – 15 per weekSchedule:• 4 hour shift• 8 hour shift• Choose your own hoursExperience:• Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)Ability to Commute:• Park Ridge, IL 60068 (Required)Ability to Relocate:• Park Ridge, IL 60068: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: Hybrid remote in Park Ridge, IL 60068
