**Overview:**We are seeking a dedicated Inside Sales Representative to join our client's team. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for increasing sales and providing excellent support to our customer base. **Responsibilities:**• Increase sales and provide support for the assigned customer base• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by management, including metrics such as dollars booked and calls made• Respond promptly to Requests for Quotes (RFQs) from current and potential customers, with a goal of addressing all RFQs within 24 hours• Coordinate with the Production Department or suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders, and update customers on any changes in delivery status• Arrange for any required external processing for orders• Monitor inventory levels for assigned accounts• Work with the Quality Department to provide technical assistance and solutions for customer returns• Analyze sales data to aid in setting specific account pricing• Follow up on all quotations in a timely manner• Foster a positive work environment through teamwork and a commitment to continuous improvement• Communicate effectively with other Inside Sales Representatives, Outside Sales, and management• Provide management with reports as assigned• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards• *Qualifications:**• 3 years of experience in Inside Sales• High School diploma or equivalent required• *Benefits:**• Salary: $60,000 - $68,000 per year• Comprehensive benefits package, including health, an incentive and recognition program, and 401K contribution (all benefits are based on eligibility)
