Position Snapshot

Range Energy is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Enablement Project Manager to join our team and drive the efficient execution of strategic sales, marketing, business development, and regulatory initiatives. The Sales Enablement Project Manager will work across multiple disciplines and stakeholders, and will rapidly establish the right structure for driving on-time completion of prioritized tasks, coordinating dependencies between the commercial and engineering teams, and ultimately delivering on commercial objectives.. This role requires a strong background in project management and CRM systems like Pipedrive, ClickUp, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc. along with a deep understanding of how revenue generation works in a B2B environment. Applicants should be results-oriented and comfortable “doing it live” and iterating in a fast-paced start-up environment.

Inside the Role
  • Lead and manage commercial-related projects from initiation to completion, including project planning, execution, and delivery. Ensure that project milestones, timelines, and budgets are met.
  • Work with stakeholders to define key objectives and due dates, and build out and manage appropriate project management tools that promote on-time execution and progress tracking against these milestones.
  • Establishing and leading internal and external program alignment meetings to promote clear communication on project goals, schedule variances, risks, and outcomes.
  • Provide occasional on-site and in-cab support for customer pilots, ensuring smooth implementation and addressing any operational or technical issues during the trial phase.


The Must Haves
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within a B2B environment, with exposure to revenue-generation operations.
  • Strong knowledge and experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) systems, such as Pipedrive, Salesforce, etc. and productivity management systems such as ClickUp, Trello, Asana, Monday, MS Project, Merlin, etc.
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple complex projects concurrently, meet deadlines, and stay within budget.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on operational efficiency.
  • Create templates and tools to empower stakeholders to self-manage
  • PMP certification or similar project management qualifications is a plus.


Bonus Points
  • Experience in automotive, logistics, sustainability, or trucking-related fields
  • Direct experience executing any portion of a sales process (e.g. prospecting, business development, outside sales, marketing, account management, etc.)
  • Experience with commercial vehicle and EV incentives and regulations, and exposure to working with regulatory bodies.


Other Requirements
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds of equipment. Comfortable with occasional bending, kneeling, and climbing as required for infrastructure maintenance.
  • Travel Requirements: Occasional travel may be required for training, pilot support, conferences, or to support remote office locations
  • While we appreciate the importance of schedule flexibility, it's essential to note that the nature of this role necessitates a regular and consistent onsite presence.



Range Energy’s compensation package includes a competitive salary, equity for all full-time roles, and a generous benefits package. The salary range for Mountain View, CA based applicants is between $ 140,000-$200,000 annually. The total compensation will be determined based on multiple factors including domain knowledge, experience and location.
