Sales Development Representative

Job Description

Do you enjoy providing excellent customer service and driving a sales funnel? As a Sales Development Representative at PaperCut, you will work with our Marketing and Sales teams to turn leads into customers. You will initiate relationships with new prospects by following up on leads from different sources.

Reporting to the Global Inside Sales Lead, this is a full time, hybrid role based in our Portland office 3 days per week.

Some of what you might do...

  • Build targeted calling or email programs to produce leads

  • Reach out to contacts who have been engaged in Marketing campaigns or have shown interest in our products.

  • Use internal and external tools to identify prospects and position PaperCut solutions.

  • Nurture prospects who are not ready to purchase, keeping them engaged until they are.

  • Work with our Inside Sales team to hand off suitable leads for further progression

  • You have professional experience in a Sales Development Representative role.

  • You can drive prospecting and qualification.

  • You can work with large amounts of data from different sources.

  • You have experience responding to prospect emails, phone calls, and demo requests.

  • You understand technology and key drivers in the technology landscape.
