We are looking for a new Raw Materials Sampler to join us on our exciting growth journey here at Fujifilm, as we are expanding our production capabilities, we are also growing our teams. About the Role
You will become a part of the Quality Control Raw Materials (QC RM) Department that today consists of 32 employees. QC RM is a dynamic department responsible for the readiness of all raw materials (RM) for production, at our manufacturing site in Hillerød. The department consists of three teams handling sampling, testing, release, and tech transfer of raw materials for our current drug substance manufacturing (DSM) and future Drug Product (DP) Filling Facility.
You would be joining our QC Sample team, a small but mighty team consisting of four employees and growing.
Your primary tasks will be but not limited to:

Sampling and inspecting raw materials in classified areas according to specifications, as well as the management of these large raw material containers, which may include moving/lifting them.

Logging samples in LIMS and documenting compliance in SAP.

Expiry setting and checking quality information from our vendors on materials received.

Ensuring samples are distributed to internal and external testing facilities.

Identify and participate in continuous improvement activities internally within the department, QC and across the site.
Professional and Personal Qualifications
The ideal candidate has experience from a similar position with an interest and knowledge of GMP, and has worked in classified areas and quality systems.
We are looking for a person who has a strong can-do-attitude and energy, someone who understands the requirements of the raw materials team and approaches those with a collaborative mindset. Ideally you are someone who is detail oriented, experienced in using IT systems to perform tasks, and an excellent communicator. You are someone who is excited by an ever changing and fast paced environment. Hopefully you are also curious, self-driven, dedicated, systematic and you reach out to find the necessary information and dare to make the decisions/prioritizations.
Fluency in English is required as English is our corporate language.
