Internal Audit Manager

Your responsibilities are as follows:

- Design, plan, coordinate, execute and monitor the internal audit plan of the Brazilian companies;

- Report on compliance with BACEN's regulatory standards;

- Evaluate compliance with the policies and procedures that govern the Company (SOX);

- Prevent and mitigate risk levels and determine action plans and process improvements;

- Operational Audits, preparation of reports for Management and the Board;

- Review of processes required for new business models, risk detection;

- Continuous Audit.

- Bachelor from one of the Economic Sciences majors or XXXX;

- Knowledge of SOX standards;

- Proactive, eager to learn and with a lot of own initiative;

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;

- Previous experience in Internal Audit in similar functions;

- Management of Audit Software / SAP;

- Advanced Excel;

- Advanced English.
