THE JOB
OPCD is seeking a Part-time Receptionist to work in the office Monday – Friday from 11:30am – 4:30pm. In this job, you will be the first point of contact for the many people who interact with the OPCD team. Your ability to helpfully interact with and quickly determine how best to assist OPCD stakeholders creates a first impression of the Office. You will also support the successful administration of the office by forecasting needs and handling a variety of tasks that keep things running smoothly.
Your top priorities will include:

Greeting visitors and responding efficiently to email and voicemail messages

Managing mail intake and distribution, including scanning documents to send to remote employees and assisting with time sensitive public notice mailings

Assigning and tracking equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, and surplusing old equipment

Ordering supplies and tracking inventory

Ensuring that office lobby, conference rooms, and employee cubicles are ready for guests and new employees

Proofreading documents and mailings before they are finalized
This job is classified as an Administrative Specialist II and the salary range is $28.00 - $31.35.
