International Payroll Specialist
Recorded Future is the world’s most advanced, and largest, intelligence company. They are looking for an experienced International Payroll Lead to manage global payroll processing in 15+ countries, supporting various finance functions.
Skills
- Sound knowledge of global payrolls
- Understanding of multi-jurisdiction payroll compliance
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively
- Excellent attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day payroll processing for global payroll
- Lead international payroll solution implementation
- Resolve complex payroll processing issues
- Ensure payroll reporting compliance
- Create scalable international payroll processes
- Support monthly and quarterly close
- Review and implement process improvements
- Conduct payroll audits
Education
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
