Job Description: Recruiting Coordinator with iCIMS Certification and Reporting Experience
Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Recruiting Coordinator to join our HR team. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process by coordinating various activities, managing applicant data, and providing administrative support to the recruitment team. In addition, this role requires expertise in iCIMS, a popular applicant tracking system, and experience with reporting and analytics.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate the Recruitment Process:

Assist in managing the full life cycle of recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and managing candidate communication.

Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

Schedule and coordinate interviews, both onsite and virtual, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and prepared.

Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management:
-
Utilize iCIMS, our applicant tracking system, to manage candidate data, including updating candidate profiles, recording interview feedback, and tracking the overall progress of candidates through the recruitment pipeline.

Regularly audit and maintain the integrity of candidate data within the ATS.

Generate reports and metrics from the ATS to track key recruitment performance indicators, such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate quality.

Utilize your reporting skills to create and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and customized reports to track recruitment metrics and provide insights to the recruitment team.

Analyze recruitment data and identify trends and areas for improvement to enhance the effectiveness of the recruitment process.

Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and HR leadership.

Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing recruitment materials, and coordinating travel arrangements for candidates, if necessary.
Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).-
Certification in iCIMS or similar applicant tracking systems.

Proven experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or similar role.

Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems, with advanced knowledge of iCIMS preferred.

Experience generating reports and analyzing data related to recruitment metrics.

Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
