The Recruitment Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of Recruiters and Coordinators to ensure essential department responsibilities are completed. Manage day-to-day operations including regular meetings with direct-reports, weekly huddles, project management and general supervisory duties. This includes practicing effective customer relations and performing all functions using organizational priority setting skills. This position is also responsible for communicating effectively with customers/employees on the telephone and in person in the Human Resources’ office
Job Requirements
Education
Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, or a related field
Preferred: Master’s Degree in Business or Healthcare Administration
Experience
Required: 1 year supervisor and/or Human Resources experience
Preferred: Experience recruiting at CoxHealth
