Job Description

The Red Gate Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Intelligence Oversight Management Analyst to support the Office of the Assistant to the Secretary of Defense for Privacy, Civil Liberties, and Transparency (OATSD(PCLT)). In this pivotal role, you will ensure compliance, governance, and risk management across Department of Defense (DoD) intelligence programs, safeguarding privacy and civil liberties while promoting transparency. This is a unique opportunity to shape oversight policies and enhance intelligence processes at the heart of the nation’s defense.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance Monitoring: Track and report compliance matters, trends, and questionable activities across DoD intelligence operations, ensuring alignment with DoD Directive 5148.13.
  • Policy Recommendations: Analyze and recommend updates to laws, DoD policies, and training programs to strengthen governance and accountability.
  • Data Management and Reporting:
    • Aggregate data from SharePoint and other platforms for agency reports.
    • Automate tools to collect, compile, and produce intelligence oversight reports at the TS/SCI level, ensuring all reports meet security and classification standards.
    • Design workflows and dynamic interactive portals for efficient data management and report production.
  • Knowledge Management: Maintain and update public-facing websites and SharePoint content, providing recommendations to enhance task management and improve functionality.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Identify and address software issues impacting reporting tools, implementing upgrades and security protocols to maintain operational effectiveness.
  • Long-Term Analysis: Collect and analyze key data points for trends and insights to inform future compliance and oversight strategies.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Active Top Secret Clearance
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of three (3) years of executive-level project or program support experience.
    • Experience working within the DoD or other federal agencies, particularly in regulatory, privacy, civil liberties, or FOIA programs (preferred).
    • Familiarity with DoD Directive 5148.13 and its application to intelligence oversight activities.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in SharePoint management, data aggregation, and reporting tools.
    • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to develop automated solutions for reporting and compliance tasks.
