As a Senior Infrastructure Support Engineer at Thoughtworks in Brasil, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring that our cloud environments operate smoothly and efficiently. Your expertise will shine as you assist clients in transitioning to modern, agile practices that emphasize not just speed, but shared responsibility and continuous improvement. You’ll keep a close watch on the performance of our products and services, promptly addressing any incidents and ensuring we adhere to the latest operational standards and sustainable practices. You'll work hand-in-hand with a dynamic team, defining responses to incident scenarios and preparing valuable runbooks in collaboration with the Service Reliability Engineering (SRE) team. Communication is key in your role, as you'll coordinate with Level 3 support and tech leads to tackle high-stakes incidents. Through rigorous root cause analyses and postmortem reports, you’ll ensure that our clients understand the steps taken for future incident prevention.
