Bilingual Sales Agent

This is a hybrid ongoing contract opportunity; 1-2 days in office.


Hours of Operation:

Mon - Thurs - between 8 am to 10 pm EST

Fri - between 8 am - 9 pm EST

(rotating shifts with full-time hours)


Key Responsibilities:
  • Making outbound sales calls from warm leads
  • Receiving inbound calls from customers
  • Meeting sales targets and other KPI’s
  • Building rapport with your customers
  • Collaborating with Quality Assurance team on continuous improvement of service and sales protocols and standards
  • Providing information on policies and recommendations to customers to upsell products/services offered by the company
  • Accurate documentation of customer information using in-house systems


Qualifications:
  • Bilingual ENGLISH and FRENCH skills is a MUST
  • Customer Service experience required
  • Some sales experience is an asset
  • Experience in a call centre environment, insurance and/or animal industry is an asset
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Passion to help customers and understanding their needs is key


$22 - $22 an hour
