As a Regional Business Manager with Manitowoc Cranes you will manage the business in the assigned region to meet revenue, order intake, market share, and margin objectives; build relationships with dealers, key accounts and end users to maximize sales opportunities and manage customer expectations regarding new product availability and pricing and resolves customer issues regarding the same. You will be responsible to maintain records of sales activities and contacts through the company's CRM system, to represent the company with integrity and a professional image in the assigned territory. "Owns" the customer relationship serving as company point person for all sales and other issues, leads engagement of internal resources as necessary to support issues resolution. Monitors and reports regional market conditions including political and economic factors that drive the company’s performance. Develop and implement tools to assist with the distribution channels selling effort. Interact with MCC based personnel on matters pertaining to sales material, product requirements, availability and code compliance. Facilitate "Voice of the Customer" input into the new product development process. Manage and maintain a profitable sales territory.
This position is remote, if living outside the Shady Grove area, and reports to the VP of Sales in Shady Grove, Pennsylvania.
